Product Description

PP Nonwoven Weed Control Fabric is eco-friendly-you can use it for multi-purpose solutions and even recycle them. UV-resistant treatment, durable-Use a UV-resistant weed cloth to increase the protection of seasonal weeds, effectively prevent roundness, and help extend the life of the fabric. Breathability-Small holes provide the best of both good breathability and weed removal.
 

• Prevents weed seeds buried in the soil beneath from sprouting.

• Limits the need to use herbicides for weed control.

• Helps retain soil moisture by reducing evaporation.

• Offers some erosion control on slopes subject to washout from heavy rains.
 

Spunbond nonwoven fabrics are produced by depositing extruded, spun filaments onto a collecting belt in a uniform random manner followed by bonding the fibers. It offers a wide range of product characteristics ranging from very light and flexible structure to heavy and stiff structure. 

Production Flow details:

PP Raw Material→melting and extruding→filtering→metering→spinning→quenching→air-suction→ filament web forming→winding and slitting→packing→finished product.
